With Apple rumored to launch the next iPad in early March, speculation has reached a fever pitch.
The latest word is that there will be a 4G LTE version of the iPad 3 and it will be sold by Verizon Wireless and AT&T in the US. Although this isn't the first time we have seen LTE mentioned together with the iPad, this rumor, which was reported by the Wall Street Journal, appears to be more credible than others.
Given that LTE networks aren't exactly prevalent in most countries yet, it's likely that Apple will continue to offer Wi-Fi and 3G flavors of the tablet.
