HTCPedia got its hands on a picture of what's supposed to be the upcoming HTC Leo. This upcoming smartphone will apparently make use of the latest 1GHz Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm, have a slide-out keypad and feature a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display. If true, that would make it the first Windows Mobile device to come with the finger-friendly display technology most famously employed on the iPhone. This would be one to watch because every single tiny icon we have seen on Windows Mobile will have to be tweaked to accommodate the fattest of fingers.
Interestingly, earlier rumors suggested that the Leo would be a clamshell model with a hidden QWERTY keypad. The Leo, in turn, was a renaming of what was previously known as the HTC Omni. We are not quite sure what to make of all this information at the moment. In any case, rumors are rumors, so as usual read with a pinch of salt.
