Fancy a mobile 3D display with a staggering 75-inch screen size? This is what US-based Vuzix is pitching with its latest Wrap 1200 3D video eyewear with both 2D and 3D compatibility. Supported 3D formats include side-by-side and old-school anaglyph through composite-A/V and component-video connections. The Wrap 1200 weighs 85g and can be a little heavy, but comes with plenty of adjustment capabilities such as left and right eye focusing.
Another highlight is its noise-isolating stereo earphones. Power is supplied by rechargeable NiMH batteries. These goggles are now available from the Vuzix online store for US$499.99 before including international shipping charges.
