In addition to Duplii, Verzio has also announced the lower-end dual-SIM handset, Twinn (bottom left image), which it also claims is the world's first EDGE/E-GPRS triband dual-SIM slider phone. Some of its key features include a 1.3-megapixel camera, 2.2-inch QCIF TFT display, TransFlash card slot and multimedia player.

Korean phone maker Samsung has recently also announced its first dual-SIM handset, the SGH-D880. Slated for a Singapore rollout in mid-December, the D880 will retail for S$598 (without contract) and comes with a 3-megapixel camera and FM radio, but not 3G/HSDPA.

may i knoe from where can i buy this phone in Singapore. im desperately lookin for this phone i would b thankful for ur suggestions.
I have the Verzio Duplii. It's a great phone. I have had it less than a week so I'm still trying to figure everything out. I may even have to read the manual lol... I bought it in the PI and have used it there, Korea, Japan and here in the US. (I had a Bad flight back with lay-overs in Korea and Japan) Still figuring out the T9 which is a little hard compared to Nokia but not to bad. Any questions about it I'll try to answer but I'm not an expert by any means.
Guys, any experience with dual SIM phones (e.g. SGH D880 and the likes)? I know that there are a few China-made mobiles that can support this, but I don't have first hand experience. Care to share your views?

Can't wait to check it out as soon as I get back to Manila this March 2008! Is the Seiche SPD 3380 really worth it? I do really need a phone that can take 2 sim cards Ashlar. The Seiche SPD 3380 has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g as well! Great! Does Verzio Twinn and Duplii have Wi-Fi?
Let me correct the tag line I've written. It's " Dual Sim, One phone, Both Active" - Sorry for the typo
jhei is correct, here in the Philippines there's a unit dubbed Seiche SPD 3380, which also features a dual-SIM function. Its other features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, MP3 and video recording, 60MB internal memory and micro SD card slot. It retails for PHP 9,000 or S$311.33.
This might be the first 3G enabled dual sim mobile phone but this isn't the first in the said technology. Months ago, a growing company in the Philippines has released and introduced a new series of mobile phones. Among them is the dual sim mobile phone which they gave the tagline "two sims, both active"
