Transferring files between your phone and PC using Bluetooth is not yet supported. To transfer music, pictures, and other files from your computer to your phones storage card, you need to set the phones storage card as a USB drive. Connect the phone to the computer using the USB cable. A notification icon will appear in the status bar. Open the notifications panel, tap USB connected and then tap Mount.
The above mention is the statement from HTC website, it only mention about from pc to phone. It dosen't support transfering files between 2 different phones.
