Could someone please tell how laggy the phone actually is?
people just seem to sat that it IS laggy but not how bad it is..?

I agree. It's quite slow. But there is flash. Next to the camera lens are two bulbs.

unfortunately you will just have to bear with the 8gb no mem card. I took it for a spin its quite slow thats all would hav been g8 if it had a mem slot, flash and a bit faster
