ANYBODY OUT THERE?!!!! HELP PLEASE! I HOPE YOU DON'T FIND THIS OFFENSIVE, BUT I'M JUST SHARING THE TRUTH.
MY GOODNESS THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS,, THEY DONT ANSWER LETTERS BY FAX THEY DONT ACKNOWLEDGE TEXT MESSAGES AND NOW IVE PROVEN THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AS WELL!!! CONSIDERING THAT THEYRE INTO COMPUTER BUSINESS? FUNNY AND VERY IRONIC!!!!
OVER THE YEARS,IVE ALWAYS BEEN A CONSTRUCTIVE CRITIC ON BUSINESSES NAME IT REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS, RESTAURANTS FROM THE MOST COMMON FOOD CHAINS TO CLASS A RESTAU-BARS AND CAFES, PLUS MERALCO (HAHAH) ETC ; AND TO TELL YOU,EVEN HOTEL SERVICES OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY, INCLUDING THOSE IN WASHINGTON D.C. AND VEGASAND AGAIN,AS PER EXPERIENCE, THEY ALL HAVE ONE THING IN COMMONTHEY MAKE IT A POINT TO BE OF BETTER SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS. ISSUES ARE BEING ADDRESSED FORTHWITH; AND AS A RESULT, THEY REFORM THEIR SYSTEM FOR THE BETTER .WITH ACER, I NEVER EXPECTED I WOULD HAVE THIS NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE.

EXCUSE ME, EVERYONE HERE, IM SPEAKING AS PER EXPERIENCE IT ALL STARTED WHEN I BOUGHT AN ASPIRE ONE LAPTOP LAST DECEMBER 2008. AT THAT TIME, ACER HAD A FREE DVD WRITER PROMO (WHICH,BTW, UNTIL NOW, I HAVENT RECEIVED) LIKE A PITIFUL BOUNCINGTBALL,MANY TIMES I WAS GIVEN CONFUSING AND CONFLICTING AND VERY,VERY VAGUE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CLAIM THE SAME . I EVEN ASKED MY STAFF TO VISIT THEIR MAKATI OFFICE, WHERE, OBVIOUSLY, NOTHING HAPPENED HENCE ,THIS LETTER ADDRESSED TO THE PRESIDENT:

RE:SERVICE DISSATISFACTION RE PURCHASE OF ACER ASPIRE ONE WHT ATOM N270
Sir:
I felt compelled to directly address this letter to you as the contact number (TL)8153388 given to me seems unmanned for the past hour .I, actually, had a chance to talk to the female operator around 9:12 a.m. today ,and upon giving me confusing information on my query, she told me, she was going to have me talk to your marketing personnel and kept me waiting on the other line for 20 minutes and never returned to me.That was definitelyannoying.After which,me and my staff had to redial the trunkline for the next one hour; however, as I said, nobody answered the phone.Thus, this concern.
The purpose of this writing is to let you know how dissatisfied I am on your services. Last December 11, 2008, I bought a unit of Acer Aspire One 160GB WHT ATOM N270 at Octagon Computer Superstore at Robinsonsplace , Ermita Manila .The reasonI preferred Acer over the other brands available was the free DVD writer promoat that time. I never realized (as I was not earlier informed) that I would have to claim the free DVD writer from your Makati office . Nevertheless, as a consumer, considering the brand, I thought it was still a good value for my money.From then on, I had to go to your office or at least call and make follow-ups on the free DVD writer; only to learn that the units are yet to be shipped from China.After several follow-ups through phone, I was told that it was possible for Acer to just ship the unit to my residence at my option, on the condition that I had to fax the detailswith two valid i.d.s. For this reason, I called Acer ,again , inthe morning of January 8, 2009 to verify on the details for sending fax.Unreliable as she is, the operator (CRISEL RADOBAN) told me, Acer is not extending delivery services within Metro Manila.Later on, upon talking to a male marketing personnel over the phone, I was advised just to disregard whatever false information was given to me by your female phone operator.In that case, I asked said male marketing personnel if it was okay if I would have my husband fax his two i.d.sin lieu of mine (anyway, no name is indicated in the Receipt) and the purchase details(date,amount, O.R. number, place of purchase,name of the servicing agent) in lieu of the copy of the O.R. because I had no fax machine access at that time and the O.R. was with me and not with my husband.Besides, upon delivery, I may be able to present the original O.R.After being directed to send the details, subsequently, my husband faxed the same, with his complete contact information, to your marketing office at 3:46PM on January 8th.
Hence, today, upon attempt to make another follow-up, I got very surprised to learn from the unreliable, inefficient female phone operator that my request for shipment is not being acted upon because of alleged incomplete requirements.According to her, I still have to send a copy of the O.R.; where rudimentary reasoning should have initiated the marketing people to call or at least send a text message to that effect.Gross incompetence!And to reiterate todays concern , after having me wait on the other line without getting back to me for 20 minutes, I had to redial the trunkline for the next one hour, but nobody answered.
Imagine, burdening your clients with too much headache due to inefficiency of your staff ?The system has to be reformed as well.Just like you, or just like your men, I am also abusy person. What your personnel are doing is such a great hassle.I hope you understand.
Honestly, I truly am displeasedwith your services andI really am very unhappy for havinglured by your promo.
I anticipate your expeditous action on the matter.

I believe the innovation Acer introduced here should be the standard for all netbooks. What a stroke of genius to keep the initial cost down and later on have the option of expanding your storage.
I'm envious now, how I wish my Asus Eee 900 has this feature.
