During Apple's press conference addressing the iPhone 4 antenna issue, CEO Steve Jobs reiterated the July 30 launch date for the company's latest smartphone in 17 countries. Today, all three mobile operators in Singapore have verbally confirmed with CNET Asia that they will start selling the iPhone 4 on July 30.
This is slightly different from the launch of the iPhone 3GS last year as telcos StarHub and M1 started to offer the device only in December. This gave SingTel, the first operator to ink a deal with Apple, a four-month headstart. No other details for the iPhone 4 launch are available currently, but we will keep you posted as more information follows.
