Are there anti-virus software apps for PDAs? Can you recommend some, preferably freeware versions, for the Dopod D810?

Most of the major anti-virus software companies make versions for Windows Mobile. These include Symantec, Kaspersky and F-Secure. Check out their Web sites for more information on those.

But to be honest, there isn't much of a threat from viruses for Windows Mobile. While there are reports of such viruses, they don't seem to spread very effectively. Personally, buying and installing anti-virus software for Windows Mobile now is a waste of money and system resources. This may change in the future when virus creators start to target this platform more, but for now, I think we are still pretty safe.
