So small and not tapeless, minidv tapes are cheap and this one comes at a good price, unlike those other tapeless minicams. Of course, quality is not so good in low light, what do you expect? I've had this since March this year and have been to several video shoots with it. But the photo light and extra battery. No viewfinder is not an issue for me as I never use it anyway. This is a great product from Sony.
