Dec 20, 2007Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Fast to print, copy, scan, photos. Does everything great. Made for a Photo person that likes to manipulate, or just process. Very Easy screen, intuative.
Cons: No paper feed but this printer is more for a photo person who wants to make, store, adjust photo thier photos.
Opinion:
I set it up quickly on my wireless. I needed a software update for my MAC OS 10.5.1.. Bluetooth had to be turned on via the network then all was ok. I ran it to my XP system and was more dissapointed in where it dropped some of the tools the MAC software had provided. Navigating the commands is a bit of a learning process but the flexibility makes up for the many software aids to improve your library pictures.
Im hoping the CD/DVD to be accessable from the network but it appears that it is an internal cd/DVDRW and you cannot dump to it access it or burn as of yet.
If your looking to manipulate, negatives, slides, scanned photos, or print from files.. This one is pure candy to play with and archive your negatives.
