Pros: quick and easy to use
Cons: blank ink tanks stopped working after 16 mths
Opinion:
This was a good printer, but like others beware of black ink tanks,new printheads are costly and if you live in Scotland repairer is in England. Shame really.

The printhead failed to give any black color after 16 months with nice pictures.

A very good printer. It hasn't disappointed me anytime. A very good control program: Precise showing of the ink left; various ways of printing documents; Many other useful features; there are many types of low-price ink replacements in the market; 3 types of ink cartridges save money. And it's a very GOOD-quality printer; photos looks fabulous (but only with good paper). HP paper doesn't make any good photos in this printer... even ink doesn't dry quickly (it takes about 5 minutes to touch). But still, it's the greatest printer I've ever had!!!

Having one found, the printer's a breeze but when my computer crashed, found nowhere at the moment to re-download this programe due to having children who love shiny things.
