CNET Asia Review
Very good
The good: Wireless printing capability; memory card slots; decent performance; acceptable print quality; 2.4-inch LCD. 7.6
out of 10View score
The bad: Connecting the printer to a Wi-Fi network can be difficult and confusing; copying speed can be faster.
The bottom line: The C6380 is a capable All-In-One machine that outputs decent-quality prints at a good speed with myriads of features. However, the Wi-Fi setup can be made easier.

Loses Connection With Computer
Oct 27, 2008Rating: 4 out of 10 (Mediocre)
Pros: Good color prints and scanning options
Cons: Need to re-install drivers after 10 or so scans
Opinion:
When I bought this printer, all I needed was a scanner, but I liked the wireless and wired networking capability, so I got it. I needed to scan about 20 photos. The scans came out pretty good, but after about the 10th scan, it lost connection with my computer. An error report was generated and another window popped up directing me to re-install the drivers.
Loading the drivers took way too long to have to do it every time I use the scanner, so I popped in a USB flash drive to finish my project. At least I had another option because I was low on time, but this printer is going back.
I've only had it a day. I can only imagine what other problems it has. To make matters worse, there are no new drivers for this device, so there are no available fixes at this time.
