Great printer - lousy software

Pros: Print, scan and copy all great
Cons: Software selects country of use for language and not selected language
Opinion:
I am an Englishman living in Norway. When I bought this product we checked that it operated in English. Selected English as the chosen language and as soon as it connected on line everything goes into Norwegian and cannot be changed back. Their (canon) helpdesk was not helpful at all (courtious but no result). So basically I have a great all-in-one and can only use 30% of the features. Get the software right and it would be at least 9/10

Another Great Multi Function Centre

Cons: Cost of Replacement Inks

I cannot get over the Quality of the printing Especially direct to CD/DVD. It makes me look like a Pro
