Great printer - no linux support!
Sep 4, 2007Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Print quality, duplex
Cons: No linux support
Opinion:
I bought a iP5300 about 3 months ago and have found it produces excellent quality prints. I can't fault the design - everything works, it has built-in duplexing, top and cassette feed. Wonderful. But how can Canon not support Linux users? With the growing numbers adopting Linux this is surely a significant omission by Canon - hopefully they will realise their oversight.
