Printer is only so-so, but lasted less than 2 years

Pros: nice look.. good fax, well lit-up
Cons: Slow printing, expensive printer heads; plastic body is cheap
Opinion:
We needed an all-in-one, and so got the Lexmark at an IT show for only a few dollars. It powered our business for over a year, but enforced a work-around for most check-outs as the printer was too slow to power our shop.
I would say this printer has worked hard for the last 2 year and is now scrap due to the Error 1203 which cropped up a few weeks ago. We now found out that it would be cheaper to purchase a new one rather than fixing this one. We'll see, but beware!
