It has all the right stuff, is easy to set up and run, but the colour/ink is an issue.

Pros: Easy to set up. Just plug in the CD and follow the directions.
Cons: It should be a better product that it is. This is my second one.
Opinion:
This is my second 3175. It squeaks and groans, curls the paper as it prints it out, and doesn't push the paper all the way out. In addition, it seems to have an imager problem. The ink always prints a pink/purple on the right side of the page, and this ultimately means that in a few weeks there is no ink there at all. Even with new laser ink installed, it continued that way with the first one. I spent $200.00 on new ink, and $500.00 on the printer...and...we still don't have a working product. So...I guess I will need to return it, unless someone can tell me how to STOP the squeaking, curling, and repair the ink issue. The first one did not curl the paper.

The positives are that IF it was printing, it would be fantastic. The copier is easy, the feeder works well, the fax is a no brainer press the button and go...IT SHOULD BE a great product.
