Disappearing ink!

Pros: Waterproof print
Cons: Ink disappeared after 6 months!
Opinion:
Bought this last Sept 2007 during the IT show to replace my old canon inkjet. I was impressed with the salesman demo and the Epson waterproof print, and also as the price was within my budget.

I had used it immediately to print three pages of color A4 photo, after which I did not used it until one day this year in April. To my horror, the C, Y & BK inks were only 25% full, while the M ink was completely empty! I remembered last Sep after I last used it , all 4 inks was still 100% full, why was all the inks drying up itself after 6 months. Next, I replaced the M ink with a new one and printed just one A4 color photo. The next day, the C, Y & BK drop from 25% to 0%!!

I wrote an online query to the Singapore Epson Support to ask if there was a fault in my printer, but till today I did not get any reply, I guessed Epson has no solution for the disappearing ink!

No I am looking for a new printer at the PC show, this time I am skipping Epson for good!
