The system is pretty good except for one thing I can never understand about HP (the changing of their model no). What I always feel about changing of model no is when there is significant improvement in speed or entertainment. But a simple change of ram speed from 400Mhz to 533Mhz and they change the model no from 7188d to 7288d. I would have expect eda 7188d/A to 7188d/B. But well, I bought the 7188 less than a month and this sort of thing somehow makes me feel "shortchanged". Also, want to inform buyers that 7288d now carries that 533 memory ram... not that it's much faster but you should get your money's worth... what 1 percent improvement... Btw, this comment is said without responsiblity, correct me if I am wrong.
Love the PC!

I got one a couple of weeks ago! Couldn't be happier with the performance... left it on for the whole week and it still cranks on. Wi-fi works beautifully so I don't have to wire it up. Media Center allows me to watch TV while the real TV is being used to watch DVD. Cool!
Value for money

The PC and all components work in tandem. Owned it for about 6 months without a problem. HP support is commendable. My only gripe is the 512mb RAM should have been at least 1GB. Wish there was an electronic prog. Guide available for Singapore (StarHub, pls do something about it!). You'll soon run out of the "whopping" 200GB... Happy recording!!
I would like to buy it... so great!
