Review Summary |
If you use Photoshop or other nonnative apps, wait or look elsewhere; otherwise, Apple continues its trend of delivering better technology for the same price with its first Intel-based desktop, the iMac Core Duo. |
The new 27-inch iMac will charm you plenty with its screen size alone. Fortunately, that won't lead you astray. Behind its expansive display, Apple has packed one of the fastest all-in-ones available and added a few useful extras to sweeten the deal. This iMac isn't perfect, but its positives far outweigh its negatives. |
The GX270 isn't cutting edge, but it's enough ahead of the game to make it a worthwhile buy for enterprise customers. |
