HP TouchSmart IQ505a PC (Intel Core 2 Duo T5750 processor 2.0GHz, 4GB RAM)

The bad: Integrated Intel graphics (for the base model); so much touchscreen potential left untapped.
The bottom line: The second-generation TouchSmart as just a panel PC is gorgeous. The price is fantastic as well--but we can't help feel there's so much more potential in the touchscreen aspect being left untapped.
