Value for money (have not been able to connect at wireless N (V2)

Pros: full hd, fast.
Cons: big
Opinion:
This 6935G 944 comes in Europe with 4 Mb ddr3 ram and build in DVB-T tuner.
First time installation without any problem and automatically connects to wireless network.
Problem however ist that until now I have not been able to connect at wireless N speed (draft 2). Acer helpdesk have no expertise. My router: Draytek Vigor 2820.
Does anyone have a solution?
