Really bad in performance, build quality, and design. Look for other reviews and then avoid.

Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: It is very light and small.
Cons: A total design lemon. Worst screen I have ever seen cannot watch videos. Wireless does not work. Too muck keyboard flex. Optical drive is flaky. Very poor build quality. Sound - what sound a mouse squeak is louder. Very slow - 5 mins to boot up - will not shut down. Excessive bloatware pre-installed. I disabled the finger scan reader (buggy). Gets very hot with a slight burning smell. Battery life pathetic. Who puts a Kensington lock on a wafer thin screen? It is joke - avoid this product. Unattractive because it looks cheap but is expensive.
Opinion:
There is not much wrong with this defective product it is unbelievable bad. I get 40 mins out of a brand new product - gets extremely hot and smells like it is burning. There is way too much sacrifice for this to be a usable PC. Do searches on the Internet and read between the lines you will see there is pattern of complete unreliability on this product

The lightest notebook with optical drive in the market

There is a Youtube video out there showing how much damage it can take. The battery is enough for a 5 hour plane flight on "power save" mode (ie no CD). The finger recognition software actually works. It does get very hot and one needs to balance it so that the vent is not blocked by your leg.

Sony's keyboard is better - but a full sized keyboard that works beats the cramp-inducing Eee keyboard. The 12 vs 10 in of the ... Read more
