This laptop is great and dun forget about the touch panel. Its ROCK!Im been testing playing the C&C 3 with setting Display in ULTRA and AOE 3 Setting Display HIGH.its DAMM GREAT about the detail of the game and smooth speed. The Speaker is Altec Lansing and the sound with no bass with crackle sound if you open in high vol.I prefer Harmon Kardon.I think this laptop is not ready for VISTA because even te destop got abit lag.The last word about laptop,The Heavier the Laptop and The Bigger Screen is the BEST!

Non existence customer service, poor logistic mangement
Jan 23, 2007Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: No issue with quality
Cons: Poor customer service support, lousy logistic management system
Opinion:
Try calling numerous time to HP customer service, no human pick up the phone. Leave contact details in the voicemail and after waiting for few days, not even a soul called. Got no idea why HP setup the customer service hotline in the first place if no human bother to call or receive the call. Extremely poor logistic management system. Guess HP practice First To Order, Last To Get delivery system. Order confirmation was late, delivery was also late.
Pray hard that you have no problem with your laptop or order, if there is then pray even harder that a human from HP pick up your call or call you back.
