This is overall a good 'Thin & Light' that offers decent performance in a stylish manner.

Pros: Design, built quality and dedicated graphics card
Cons: The aspect of the screen should of been wide instead of the old 4:3.
Opinion:
First of all I would like to say that the review shown by CNET isnt very precise and proves that their knowledge of the product is somewhat limited. The alternative they offer for a 'gaming laptop', which is the Fujitsu LifeBook P7120, is not adequate for gaming because it only has an Intel Integrated Graphics.
Remember if you like playing games stay away from any integrated solutions because the worst of the dedicated solutions is several times better in performance.

Pros: Light, good graphics card
Cons: lousy screen
Opinion:
I bought my compaq presario one week ago after looking around for a couple of weeks for a suitable laptop. I was looking for a light laptop with a dedicated graphics card which was surprisingly hard to find. I was finally deciding between the Toshiba A80 and this laptop and finally decided to buy this laptop due to it's weight of only 2kg. I play quite a lot of games and was quite disappointed with the viewing angle of this laptop which requires u to look directly straight at it to get a good view of the screen. Any change is posture would cause the image to become less clear. I subesequently developed a backache playing a few hours of warcraft 3. I would strongly not recommend this laptop for avid gamers who spend many hours playing multiplayer games. Otherwise it would be a good laptop to carry around
Nice outlook as iBook. Cool looking mouse included
Dec 17, 2005Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: 512MB DDR2 (533Mhz)RAM, ATi X600SE 128MB dedicated memory, 80GB HDD(5400RPM)
Cons: The heat, XGA LCD screen(1024x768), 1x memory ram slot
Opinion:
This has catch my attention for quite sometime. Finally went over to courts this noon & spotted this beauty. The price is reasonable, however there are several points to compromise. The heat generated out can be quite unforgiving. Only 1 memory slot available though as described by HP upgradable to 1.5GB max(questionable point). The LCD screen resolution may not be very appealing to those WIDESCREEN users & in terms of utilising such a powerful graphics processor, it should be at least WXGA instead. But overall, the specs are competitive to other brands in the mid-range performance but the price is still acceptable. Well'll gotta grab a notebook so this will be my deal. Sadly, when open up the package, there is no ref. guide for the whole illustration on the physical operations of the notebook. That's just minor!
Fantastic look, the color is awesome

Pros: 512MB DDR2, ATI M Radeon
Cons: Must have infrared, TV tuner & built-in mic (if one is possible)
Opinion:
I think this upcomer is a nice piece of hardware. I'm just worried about the price, but it has 512MB DDR2 + ATI M Radeon, a good bunch of software, too. Well, the machine is targeted more toward the gamer. All-in-all a good combination overall.
