My first Sony Vaio. Bought it some 5 months ago

Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Extremely portable & cool to have around you when requiring mobile connectivity to the web
Cons: Increasingly becoming laggy over time altho I have only used it for office apps
Opinion:
Still a good buy although pricey. Straight notebook for portability, basic office work or to view DVDs / listen to CDs. A big no no for games like Guild War Factions.

Simply the Best for those who can afford it

Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: Perfect gadget for jetsetter
Cons: Nothing
Opinion:
Used it for few months now. This is the best so far to compare with my previous lightweight laptops including ibm, fujitsu and acers. It is the lightest laptop with the best 11.2 in screen and dvd writer built-in. Other lighweight do not come with built in dvd writer. Overall quality is the top of the rest. It has a nice button layout to start dvd and music without have to run windows. I run the digital TV on it without problem. The tactical keyboard is good. Connectivity is excellent. Classy and super slim design become object of envy for many.

Excellent portability

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Very lightweight, acceptable computing power and great stamina
Cons: Expensive, but you pay for what you get
Opinion:
Have been using this notebook for a little over 6 months now and was at first sceptical about its service quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt services granted and am now glad that I chose the TX17 over the Fujitsu P7120. No regrets!!

The BEST among the rest!!!

Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: Gorgeous design, DVD burner, AV Mode without booting into Windows, superb battery life
Cons: keyboard a little too cramped
Opinion:
Been using it for 2 months now, have to say i love every thing about it!!! It's so easy to bring around, i can barely feel the weight of this laptop! Sure, other brands such as FUjitsu or IBM are better in terms of performance, but none of them look nearly as good as a VAIO! Keyboard is a little bit cramped, but after a while you'll get used to it (i'm already doing flawless typing on it). Overall, this is, IMHO, the best choice among all ultraportable laptops!!!

it's a VAIO, it's bravo

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: sleek design, functions, pre-loaded S/W, connectivity
Cons: pricy
Opinion:
this is my third VAIO and my second slim/compact VAIO. I used to use TR-@ for about two years and decided to upgrade to this sexy laptop. I have 1.5 GB RAM and it makes it even more sexy in delivering some serious simulation i need to do. it is also excellent for PPT presentation, what you must have is Sony wireless presentation mouse (VGP WMS50). I think this wireless presentation mouse is not yet available in Singapore. i got mine from HK. the connectivity on this sexy baby is also great, it is convenient to have slots for memory stick and SD card. overall, an excellent device and a worthwhile investment (from my employer though).
