Problems installing 3 disk applications, "owner:"

Just bought one and upgraded everything to the xps specs to find out that i have to manually install the top-rated games. Now I am returning it with not much luck. After speaking to a person in India for tech support for 10 hours they are trying to charge $300 to return a computer that does not work out of the box.

This machine is excellent. I got mine for $1,300 out the door with a 1.73 Pentium M, 512mb ram, and the awesome geforce 6800 grapics card. I can run any game on the market today. The sound is excellent with the built-in mini-sub. I also have the dvd burner and 17 true life widescreen. You cannot find a better deal than this anywhere. Wait for the 750 bucks off and you will get a great deal.
