Review Summary	Dell's entry into the Netbook market means it's time to take these low-cost, low-power PCs seriously. The Inspiron Mini 9 is an excellent example of the form, if not radically different from the competition.	HP's entertainment notebook not only delivers in features, but also goes the extra mile to redesigning the chassis to appeal to those with unconventional tastes.	The Acer Ferrari One's appearance will polarise opinion, but there's no denying it's the finest Netbook so far. It's quick, it's versatile and it's fabulously comfortable to use.	HP's upscale Envy 13 looks and feels like an expensive status symbol, with performance and features that impress us--but its high price makes it a tough sell over the similar-looking MacBook Pro.
