Not worth the money
Oct 18, 2009Rating: 5 out of 10 (Average)
Pros: Sorry I dont see any pros cause I am very much frustrated to this unit
Cons: It's a big waste of money and time!
Opinion:
I bought the unit last April and after a few days I have to request for a battery replacement (battery only lasted for less than 1 hr). After five months, I have to bring the unit to the HP service center (Philippines)for relacement of power adaptor (doesnt power up), battery (still lasted for less an hr) and keyboard. After the repair, I have to bring back the unit because the LCD started to flicker.
What's worst is that the Customer Service center doesn't care. They gave a hotline number that is either busy or just keeps on ringing. The customer rep told me that they will contact me but Ive waited for 1 week and no news.
If only I can just return the unit and get my money back! It's a big waste of money and time!
Worst Laptop EVER
Oct 14, 2009Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: Waste of money
Cons: THE WORST WARRANTY EVER!!!
Opinion:
DO NOT BUY IT.I paid $700 from Harvey Norman.
It had nothing but mouse pad probs, then died within 2 months. Warranty won't fix it because it had a faulty screen which they say is accidental damage and not covered. I am an experienced tech. What a pain to disassemble. Not for the faint hearted. Incompatible parts. Waste of $700. DO NOT BUY ONE
