CNET Asia Review
Excellent
The good: Leather lid and palm rest; integrated DVD writer; HDMI output. 8.4
out of 10View score
The bad: Uncomfortable keyboard.
The bottom line: The ASUS U2E is a fantastic laptop. It's far slower than rivals such as the Sony VAIO TZ series or MacBook Air, but it's stylish, feature-rich and in many ways more desirable than many of the alternatives.

Pretty little notebook
May 25, 2008Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: Leather, small and light, DVD drive, long battery, classy for the businessman on the go
Cons: Slow speed, small screen/keyboard
Opinion:
This leather-bound notebook would easily top the design charts. Forget about the Lamborghini series, this notebook is probably the direct challenger to the VAIO TZ series for the title of ultraportable business notebook.
Like the TZ, the U2E packs in a DVD drive, fingerprint scanner, small RAM and hard drive, and slow processor. However, I feel that the laptop is comfortable to use, perfect to go along with your business case. Pathetic graphics aside, the ASUS U2E is a great travel notebook, complete with that leather chassis.
The U2E in comparison to the TZ, is a way more worth an investment.
ASUS made a mistake by entering to mobile/pc business
May 19, 2008Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: none
Cons: no exciting features like the taiwan brands
Opinion:
It seems ASUS is paying a lot of money in this website just to highlight them as the top most popular laptops. There are a lot of good brands that are already jurassic in the business how come I dont see them the likes of Toshiba, Fujitsu. Hello Editor, I'm knocking on your door..Growth UP..This website is bias to ASUS and clones...
