excellent on-the-go laptop for almost everyone

Pros: weight (feather), brillant, bright crisp display, excellent keyboard, designer look, super battery life
Cons: slower processor and position of power button....thats about it!
Opinion:
Unless you get its faster cousin, do not expect too much from this one running vista business. as long as you keep that in mind, this is a super laptop! it has everything one could wish for - featherweight (its what a laptop is supposed to be - light!), clear, crisp display. nice keyboard which was brought back from its X505 series. other pros include integrated webcam, super long battery life (which will please frequent fliers since that would mean working wirelessly for quite a while), finally, that WOW factor when you pull it out of a bag (esp if you get the white one). everything has shrunk - incl the adaptor! i also like the cool light on the adaptor connector which tells you power is on to the adaptor. of course, everyone will like the green glow on the side which tells you its a cool laptop (show off!). Conclusion ? Get it!

Cool, Slim, Ultralight but Needs more muscle

Pros: Ideal for the traveller to lug around as a featherweight
Cons: Sluggish on processing especially with Vista
Opinion:
Bought this yesterday, and been playing with it all day. I like its cool looks and featherweight (compared to my previous macbook). But sluggish on processing speed even when I have upgraded it to 2GB Ram and using it on high performance mode. Processor only 1.06 and perhaps Vista is just too big a monster OS for this processor...
