Experiencing worst with this Laptop

Pros: Acer is a Reputed Brand
Cons: Acer is not being responsible to its customers anymore
Opinion:
I am experiencing worst & worst buying this laptop. I went for the brand but nothing works as thought. Battery started running out in every 20 minutes after 3/4 months, CD rom sounds like a chopper's engine turned on, I haven't got anything that is good about this laptop. Wanted to trade in with the other model if Acer or any other sellers offer this service to its users. Please write to me on my email "bhattarai_pravin@hotmail.com". I am ready to add-up some more money and trade in for some nice model...

Worst laptop purchased, ever

Rating: 2 out of 10 (Terrible)
Pros: Bright screen (honestly nothing good about this notebook)
Cons: Battery life depletes after 6 months, noisy, too hot
Opinion:
Within 1st week laptop overheated (shuts down after 2 hours), fixed it FIVE times and I still get the same problem. Sound quality is terrible. Left button (left click) still faulty after fixing, laptop makes a LOT of noise when you put a CD in. Sounds as though a construction work is taking place
