Excellent value for money
Sep 6, 2006Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Neat package, good keyboard, Excellent camera, built in Dual DVD burner
Cons: Buzzing noise from the optical drive, no Home button, the mouse buttons have a mind of its own
Opinion:
An excellent value for money product since it comes loaded with all the bells and whistles for the price. The built in optical drive is an added bonus. The camera is pretty good even in low light.
Major irritant are the mouse buttons which at times go click happy even when not intended. Also, the battery indicator shows just 2.9 hrs of juice when fully charged with a 6 cell battery when it should be 4.5 hrs as advertised. And, the optical drive makes a strange buzzing noise when in use.
Overall -- I am very happy with the product as I can overcome the mouse problem with an external mouse and can live with the buzzing noise.
