can i connect my acer 3620 to my tv so that the tv can be used as a monitor? i have a vga to s-video/rca cable but still cannot get it to work. is there a setting i have to change or some other hardware i need befor it will work? please help

Hi,
You need to make sure that your computer's resolution is set to 640 x 480 and that you have enabled dual-monitor settings on your notebook.

I am also trying to use an HD TV for a 2nd moniter using the VGA out to a coverter but cannot get both displays at the same time When setting them in the display icons i have two but as soon as i hit apply or ok i lose one so i turn off the computer and then i have one , When hitting the Fn+ F5 keys i lose it ??????

to sohan, yes 160 gb works on this laptop, i have upgraded mine to 2GB of RAM and 160GB Hardrive..
