The bad: Foam pads are difficult to change and prone to tearing; headband adjustment is a little tricky; pricey.
The bottom line: The c-Jays are a great pair of headphones that provide good audio quality. However, it is expensive and the system of changing pads is cumbersome. Still, if you're looking for a pair of on-ear headphones that work well in a variety of situations, these are worth your consideration.
