The good: Sounds fantastic; features a brilliant color screen capable of displaying photos and video; SD card expansion slot; FM radio; voice recorder; user-definable EQ; slim, pocket-friendly design; very user-friendly; supports subscription music; reasonable price tag.

The bad: Only comes in black; doesn't come close to matching the max 60GB offered by the player it's replacing.

The bottom line: We're hard-pressed to find anything not to like about the Creative Zen. It's a great option for anyone looking for a great-sounding, pocketable MP3 player with an excellent, video-capable screen and plenty of extra features.

Good player....but sound can be harsh.

Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Small, great screen.
Cons: Some music plays back with harsh highs.
Opinion:
Is it just me or does this player suffer from really harsh S's and T's?
I'm not being all audiophile, I find it uncomfortable to listen to sometimes. Even with the custom EQ enabled.
Some music is fine, other music not at all.
Other than this, it's a great player.

Just another portable device

Rating: 6 out of 10 (Good)
Pros: Great 2.5" screen
Cons: No built-in speaker, File transfer is not a breeze via zen media explorer. Does not support multiple video format.
Opinion:
Got this one before getting an Ipod Touch 2nd gen. Regret it a lot. Not it's just inside my drawer catching dust. Might consider giving it away though, since not using it.Ipod Touch is much better.

Looks cool.
