The bad: Only comes in black; doesn't come close to matching the max 60GB offered by the player it's replacing.
The bottom line: We're hard-pressed to find anything not to like about the Creative Zen. It's a great option for anyone looking for a great-sounding, pocketable MP3 player with an excellent, video-capable screen and plenty of extra features.

Lousy!!
Sep 16, 2008Rating: 3 out of 10 (Poor)
Pros: Big Screen, Easy to use
Cons: Some function must use PC to sync
Opinion:
Bought my set fm show. It hanged on the 3rd day. Went down to the shop, they upgraded the firmware, it hanged again after 2 days.
Changed a new set, again hang on the 3rd day. Even after reset it didn't work. Very disappointed with it.
Fantastic looking & sounding device
Apr 1, 2008Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Glossy front, beautiful screen, hard scratch resist plastic finish, SD slot, sound, small
Cons: Fingerprint magnet
Opinion:
I start off witht eh looks. Usually I dislike glossy surface on mobile device as it tends to scratch easily like my old vision M. Reason is that scratches makes it looks old and ugly. I will want my device to look shiny new no matter how long I use and I am a careful owner, this does not works for me when I use my old vision M. With this Zen, I happy to report that it is not easy to scratch the surface even the buttons unless delibrately and utmost care. This truely change my perception again to go for this wonderful looking finish.
Features wise, I like the SD slot which lets you hot swap whatever media without having to plug to the computer which charge the player unneccessary which means battery faster died out due to limited charge cycle. I hope to see future software upgrade allows to extract data from SD to the flash ... Read more

It's worth to buy with excellent features. With all its features, it is an alternative for IPOD
