The good: Good implementation of pedometer; intuitive controls during exercise; very good FM auto scan.

The bad: Average battery life; requires special mini-USB jack.

The bottom line: It may not be perfect, but the Sony NW-S203F is by far, one of the most elegant solutions to a music-loving runner's woes.
