The good: Great battery life; unique USB jack design; good FM reception.

The bad: Background hiss during playback; lethargic transfer rate.

The bottom line: Though the NW-E307 is short on features, it still got some of the basics right.

A Fantasy Bean!

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Good quality sound output.
Cons: SonicStage is slow.
Opinion:
This is something refreshing and creative after all the square-shape mp3 payers.

The sony bean is easy to use and has a cool look.

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Small, colorful, and easy to use.
Cons: Needs more colors.
Opinion:
I belive that the sony bean is flat out great. Sony has always given its best towards quality and style. I was glad Sony came up with a easy to use and unique way of listening to music. It is very affordable when compared to the iPod, and i know quality won't be an issue. I love it.

Sony Bean smaller and easy to use

Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: One word: Small, and easy to use
Cons: If the capacity can be more than 1GB
Opinion:
I just brought my Sony Bean last 2 weeks. It is so small, even smaller than my MZ-N10. It has the full features as NW-E40X or NW-E507. All metallic colors for white, black, blue and pink. The price is also reasonable at RM599. If you feel Sonic Stage is not suitable to u, why not use MP3 File Manager application to manage ur MP3s with Bean? Cheers.
