The good: 5GB capacity; USB 2.0; 98dB signal-to-noise ratio; built-in FM; voice recording.

The bad: Tiny two-line LCD display; lack of LCD panel on remote control; no feasible method of scrolling song list; no option of setting up playlist through unit.

The bottom line: Despite detractors who claim that the MuVo² FM is a mere clone of AppleÂ’s iPod Mini, CreativeÂ’s latest effort is credible enough to place it ahead of other microdrive MP3 players.
