Oct 19, 2008Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: video, small and thin
Cons: nothing.
Opinion:
got this last month and it's really a good replacement for my 1st gen ipod nano. besides the ability to watch videos on it, it is super thin and small like as what nano is.
sleek and handy music player

Pros: simple design, lightweight
Cons: 8GB is still too small a storage space for music junkies
Opinion:
My first apple product. I was impressed with the simplicity of design and interface (as most apple products are, I've heard). That's just what it is, a sleek, handy music player.
love-hate relationship with it

Pros: Sound quality, the screen resolution is amazin, light as a card(very convenient), games are fun.
Cons: very very sensitive small scrollwheel, can't sync videos twice in a day,
Opinion:
This is the first time I bought an Ipod,I was amazed at the super thin yet powerful design. The problem was with the small scrollwheel, my fingers are small but i still find it a problem scrolling, the sound quality is way better than my not-so-old sony player. When I managed to put videos inside the ipod I was so happy coz it came out very nicely in the little player.the cover flow is interesting, seeing the album covers flowing back and forth.the biggest problem I had was syncing the videos twice in a day. Syncing it in the morning was OK, but when I wanted to sync it again in the night but there was an error.
When I first got the player, I synced the music, the next day I tried to sync the new music into the ipod, it however didn't work.
A few days later it managed to sync all the songs.

Jan 24, 2008Rating: 6 out of 10 (Good)
Pros: Sleek design, metal encasing, sturdier build compared to the previous generations
Cons: Audio quality could have been much better, very limited playability format
Opinion:
Well, I have been using creative products before nano. I gave nano a try, and all i can say is- a perfect player will be both products combined. First thing that attracts me to nano is the design and the build of the product. Metal, encased beautifully in one sturdy finish. But apple never learn their lesson. Formats. I think a handful of players supercedes the formats playable in ipods. Namely Creative. We love the design, but we need a a product that supports various formats. We need THE player, not just a player that incorporates with other gadgets...
