Pros: good sound quality and cute looks
Cons: the jingly vol button
Opinion:
on first looks, this is a nice player and is value for money. however, within less than one week of using it, the volume buttom became loose.

Pros: Almost perfect.
Cons: Awful, miserable, abysmal, dreadful CONNECT software.
Opinion:
Dear Mr. Sony,
If your software were as easy to use as ITune, I will by one for each member of my family.
You have an almost perfect piece of hardware, but the exact opposite for software.
What happened??? Common guys......

Opinion:
I like the sound quality, it's better than the "other" MP3 player but, the difference is not really that much. The software need to be improve or it'll be hard to compete with the other brand. It's quite slow, sometimes makes me impatient. The design is very pretty, I have the silver one. The battery will drain very quickly if I'm playing a high quality audio file (compare to my other MP3 player). It's compatible with Diskman wired remote control(sony). Sony is still one of the best.
