Good Product Poor Service

Pros: Record voice in mp3 format
Cons: Very very poor after sales service
Opinion:
No doubt that this is a good device and thus far, this is the only known device to me that is capable of recording voice in mp3 format.

Being a product of Singapore company and i am in Singapore. I am expecting that it has a good after sales support that is far differ from numerous ABC brand out there. Too bad that it is not the case and similar to unknown brand, should you encounter problems that is beyond the warranty period, there is no option to replace faulty part at all.

Pros: can play video, reasonable price
Cons: small screen, unreplacecable battery
Opinion:
This player turn out to be better than iPod Nano in features like VIDEO, RADIO,VOICE/FM/LINE-IN RECORDING. Plus this player can store songs as much as iPod Nano 2GB with WMA support, cheaper, as small as iPod Nano, lighter and easier to hold in hand. Reasonable player to buy for its massive features.

 

Finally a flash based player with color lcd

Cons: screen too small for viewing photos and videos, lack of control buttons
Opinion:
Expected better controls on this player. Buttons are not clear enough. A bass and treble control would be nice. Overall a good flash based player with a color lcd.
