Good but could be better

Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: Easy to use, Good quality video, music and recording
Cons: This player can't jump.
Opinion:
Let me start off by stating that this 20GB baby was a lot cheaper than its competitors when I was shopping for a player. It doesn't play anything beyond MP3 and wav formats, but for my purposes that was sufficient.

The software for loading works well enough, though be prepared to wait for a while when converting videos as the mechanism appears to load the video second to second. And if you don't have a lot of RAM - be prepared for a LONG wait. That said, my videos all came out nicely and the screen is big enough to play them. The different EQ settings for the music also allows you to tailor your listening to your taste.

By far, the best quality of the player is its drag-and-drop mechanism. The loading software is only needed for videos, loading music and pictures was fast and uncomplicated. Lovely to use, really.

PREPECT!!!!

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: long bat, clear pics, terrific video
Cons: takes to long to open a video
Opinion:
I love my samsung yh-j70, I can easily export pictures from my pc, I can convert my audio format music in MP3 and one thing that makes me love this so much is that I can easily export video/movies in this gadget and certainly I can watch it any time I wanted too. With a big memory capacity and excellent look, so stylist and yet so professional looking.

Superb. This review is for the 30gig version

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Dictaphone, FM radio , click and drag files from PC
Cons: Small screen for viewing movies
Opinion:
This is an absolutely fabulous machine. You can't go wrong here. 25 hours of battery life compared to 8 on the 4th generation ipods and 15 on the 5th generation. I use it with a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 PRO studio cans and it powers them very well. With the USB port you can plug this machine into your PC and it becomes an external hard-drive. Don't want to mess with strange software, like the crappy iTunes? No problem, you can click and drag music files from your PC directly into this Mp3 player. Soooo easy. Photos on your camera? Just plug it into this machine and download. No PC needed. And of course the FM radio. Great reception. And if you hear something on the radio that you want to record just click the record button and the machine automatically records into Mp3 format. ... Read more

Better than iPod on most counts.

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Slim and compact, Superb sound, Recording features, Auto EQ.
Cons: Prone to 'freezing,' Playlist features not the best.
Opinion:
I received this as a X'mas present and was actually thinking of giving it away as I have an iPod Nano. But after fiddling with the player for a few days, I realised that, with the 'High Definition' EQ on, and my trusty Shure E4C, the bass and clarity was second to none, not even my iPod. Batt life may not be that outstanding but still, it beats the Nanos hands down on that. Although one can easily 'drag' selected tracks to a playlist folder when connected to the PC, the defualt Playlists feature seem to have been added in as an afterthought as it's certainly not the best around.
