Sony's quality is unbeatable. Lives up to expectations once again.

Pros: Small,briliant navagation,good display, really long battery life,volume, sound quality is suberb,
Cons: sonicstage software is slightly slow when transferring hundreds of songs at once onto the device,
Opinion:
Truly the best so far. i have owned an ipod and dont get me wrong it was great however i think the battery life is useless compared with the sony. why have video and photos in the ipod when battery life will run out so soon. Sony has much better quality and volume can go very loud. Good build quality and "unbreakable". My ipod screen cracked when i hit the floor after falling over. Sony have excelled themselves, and i think if you just want a totally dedicated music player with a lot of memory then this is the best one to get. Good sized buttons and not flimsy or fragile. Looks appealing and eye catching too. Overall a quality product by Sony yet again. I don't see Apple beating that in build/sound quality or battery life soon. Quite an amazing piece of technology. Easy to use, design is all right, mine is black. Had problems with SS but soon got rid off it. Now hoping it's durable, but time will tell.

Solid, excellent sound and attractive. In my opinion it's much better than an iPod and the song capacity is amazing! 9/10 for sure!

I actually bought the 30gb version. Yes, pricey but no regrets. Great battery life, great sound, nice size and weight... and overall a nice change from trendy, bandwagon ipods.
