Media players with Bluetooth A2DP support

By Kelvin Low

If you need a fully featured media player with added support for wireless headphones, one of the best options is to get one that is Bluetooth A2DP-capable.

Samsung started the trend when it released the Yepp T9 in 2006, the first Bluetooth audio-capable MP3 player for the mass market. Many companies like Sony, iriver and Cowon have since followed suit with similar offerings. The Samsung YP-P3 is the newest player in this segment, joining the other familiar brands in this unique product niche.

CNET Asia rating: 8 out of 10
The good: High-quality music; photo and video playback; built-in Bluetooth audio streaming; EX-style earphones; phenomenal battery life.
The bad: Doesn't come cheap; lacks an FM radio, voice recording, memory expansion, and a standard USB connection.
