Zany shapes for your MP3s

Though everyone else seems to take the iPod as the epitome of cool, we, on the other hand, beg to differ. Unlike Huey Lewis, we certainly do not share the sentiment that it is Hip To Be Square. Hip is daring to be different and these MP3 players we spied during our weekly excursions out of the office told us one thing: It is more fun to break out of the mold.

If Vivienne Westwood had a chance to design her own MP3 player, it might not stray too far from this one weirdo. Looking like a cross between a circle and something else, this MP3 player has conformity NOT written all over it.

We almost walked right past this one, thinking it was just another Samsung handphone, till a more keen-eyed colleague remarked that it was kinda odd to place a phone among all those MP3 players. We swiftly did a U-turn that any driving instructor would be proud of and crashed out in front of this sliding MP3 wonder.
