Review Summary	The MPIO FL400 is OK as an MP3 player necklace, but with its relatively high price and lack of new features, there's no compelling reason to buy it.	On paper, the S-540 series looks almost similar to the E-440 series, albeit with a larger screen and a pair of speakers built into the back. We were impressed by how much volume the two tiny speakers could throw out, and thats what makes the S-540 unique in its own way.	Though the updates are subtle, the third-generation iPod touch still leaves its competitors in the dust.	On paper, the S-540 series looks almost similar to the E-440 series, albeit with a larger screen and a pair of speakers built into the back. We were impressed by how much volume the two tiny speakers could throw out, and thats what makes the S-540 unique in its own way.
