Pain to use!!!!!

Just bought it today! Painful so far in terms of experience. Why?1. Tried to download games but need to update the PSP System files first. BUT!! To update it, I need a M2 memory card though the PSP Go comes with 16GB memory. Sony should have just added some in-device memory for system updates!
2. Tried access a promotion page in the website that mentioned 50% off some titles.. the web page HANGS!!!!
Regretting my decision moving to PSP Go for now!!!!!
