My K3 does not auto arrange my songs!

hi, my k3 does not auto arrange the hundreds of songs i have stored in it, so i have to scroll through so many songs when trying to find one of them. please help me! thanks :)

No Sound?

I just purchaced a K3 and went through all the set procedures, downloaded songs and can not get any sound through the head phones. It shows the song, the volume going up but has no sound? What did I do wrong?
